Saks and several other high-end retailers will open shops at American Dream on Sept. 17. This will be American Dream’s long-awaited luxury wing, dubbed The Avenue.
About 20 stores, will be ready for shoppers at that time. The Avenue will have 80 total storefronts when it’s completed, according to Ken Downing, chief creative officer at American Dream.
According to nj,com, “The giant Ferris wheel, which was once touted to be 235 feet in diameter and would give riders views of the New York City skyline from temperature-controlled gondolas, will also open simultaneously with The Avenue. “Maybe a couple days before or after,” Downing said.”
