The Atwater in Bogota Rolls Out Special Incentives on Luxury Apartments

The Atwater has rolled out special limited time incentives on a select number of its luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Offered until January 10, 2022, the new incentives include two months free on an 18-month lease for two-bedroom homes and one month free on a 13-month lease or two months free on a 26th month lease of a one-bedroom home.  Prospects who sign a lease for a two-bedroom home will also receive one unreserved parking spot free for six months.
