As a real estate industry professional with a focus on the New Jersey Gold Coast, Joseph Hemmerich knew exactly what he was looking for when searching for a new home along the Hudson River waterfront. One friend that took close notice was Anthony Corbo, who helped Joe move into 3 Acres and had visited the building countless times since.
