Franklin Lakes, NJ Mayor Charles J. X. Kahwaty Joins Ceremonial Ribbon Cutting to Officially Open The Franklin Luxury Rentals

Franklin Lakes, NJ Mayor Charles J. X. Kahwaty recently joined principals from Adoni Property Group to cut a ceremonial ribbon celebrating The Franklin, the ultra-luxurious four-story rental building located at 8 Tice Road in this Bergen County borough.

The 52-home building has been hailed by sophisticated renters for its spacious, well-appointed layouts, boutique lifestyle, upscale amenities and sought-after suburban setting, according to the developer, which tapped The Marketing Directors as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent.

“We’d like to thank Mayor Kahwaty for helping us officially open The Franklin, a high-end residential building that’s reflective of the character of Franklin Lakes,” said Sonny Adoni, CEO of Adoni Property Group.  “The building has drawn many long-time borough residents who appreciate the opportunity to enjoy an upscale lifestyle experience in a maintenance-free environment while remaining a part of the community they love.  We’ve also welcomed many newcomers to Franklin Lakes excited to reside in a location often described as one of the best places to live in New Jersey.  The dynamic mix of residents has created a vibrant residential destination that’s become an asset to the neighborhood.”
