The Hub Studios in Hackensack will host a Sip and Sew evening on Friday, November 13, from 8 to 10 p.m. at its studio at 157A Main Street. Participants will spend the evening making their own hobo bag under the guidance of instructor The Mommy Seamstress, and no prior sewing experience is required.

Tickets cost $95 per person and cover all materials, use of a sewing machine, a welcome glass of Moscato, a charcuterie spread, a chips and salsa bar, soft drinks, and water. The event is BYOB, and music will play throughout the night. Each guest will take home the finished bag at the end of the evening.
