Bergen County Represented On Inauguration Day!

Joe Biden was sworn in a President of the United States on Wednesday, and Bergen County viewers likely saw members of their own community.

Local officials including Rep. Josh Gottheimer and Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton shared scenes from Washington on social media as they attended the ceremony. Additionally, Rep. Bill Pascrell attended the Inauguration, sharing a few scenes from the day himself.

The Teaneck High School Flag Twirlers and Drumline were part of the Parade Across America, representing New Jersey during the program. Superintendent Christopher Irving said that this moment showcased the talents within Bergen County.

Two Ridgewood natives were part of the extended events as well, including Miami Marlins General Manager Kim Ng and performer Ali Stroker.
