Fort Lee’s celebration of automotive history continues this month with a special screening of “Ford v Ferrari” at the Barrymore Film Center, set for Sunday, July 12, at 3:30 p.m.

The screening follows the 5th Annual Concours on the Palisades, a car show running earlier that day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., giving residents a chance to turn car day into a full afternoon of automotive entertainment. The film, starring Matt Damon and Christian Bale, tells the true story of Carroll Shelby and Ken Miles and their effort to build a race car capable of beating Ferrari at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The event is presented by Be Fort Lee in partnership with the Barrymore Film Center, located at 1 Park Avenue in Fort Lee. Tickets can be purchased through the Barrymore Film Center’s website.
